Hand Embroidery Class P1<\/strong> was conducted over two days on May 29 and May 30, 2024, combining flower embroidery techniques and foundational hand stitching skills. This session was specially designed to strengthen both creativity and technical understanding in embroidery practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Throughout the workshop, participants focused on structured learning with guided demonstrations from Teacher Safwa. On the first day, Mrs Siti Badariah learned flower embroidery techniques involving Daisy Flowers, Lavender Flowers, and Rose Flowers. Each flower design required different stitching approaches, including layered petals, stem detailing, and thread blending for a realistic effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, Mrs Feonaaz, Ruangkreasi\u2019s newest community member, focused on basic hand embroidery stitches. The techniques practiced included Herringbone Stitch, Satin Stitch, Feather Stitch, Chevron Stitch, and Lazy Daisy. These stitches form the backbone of many embroidery patterns and are essential for decorative fabric projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition, participants were taught proper thread selection, needle handling, and fabric preparation methods. This ensured that every stitch was neat, balanced, and long-lasting. As the session progressed, both participants demonstrated improved hand coordination and better stitch spacing control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By the end of Hand Embroidery Class P1, the participants successfully completed their practice samples and gained stronger confidence in embroidery execution.
