POLISI PULANGAN DAN BAYARAN BALIK<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Pemeriksaan dan kerosakan <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    MyKreasi.com akan akan bekerja keras untuk memastikan semua produk kami diproses dan dihantar dalam keadaan baik. Namun begitu, jika anda tidak berpuas hati dengan produk yang anda beli, anda boleh mengembalikannya dalam masa tiga hari (3) hari selepas barang anda diterima. Selepas tiga hari, produk tidak boleh dipulangkan atau dibayar balik dan produk dianggap terjual. Pelanggan mesti memeriksa semua barang selepas menerima barangan yang dibeli. Anda boleh memulangkan barang tersebut jika barang yang diterima adalah salah, rosak atau terdapat kecacatan.<\/p>\n

    Nota: Jika atas sebab lain, tidak akan menjadi alasan yang sah untuk pemulangan, dan pertukaran boleh dibuat sekali sahaja.<\/p>\n

    1. Semua pemulangan akan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat berikut:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1) Produk mestilah tidak digunakan, dalam keadaan yang sama anda menerimanya dan dalam kotak asal dan \/ atau pembungkusan. Pastikan anda memasukkan invois asal untuk bukti transaksi.<\/p>\n

      2) Polisi ini hanya terpakai untuk barang yang dibeli di laman sesawang kami dengan harga yang telah ditetapkan.<\/p>\n

      3) Barang jualan\/diskaun tidak layak untuk bayaran balik dan pertukaran. Jika anda ingin menukar dengan harga yang berbeza dari produk asal, kami tidak akan mengembalikan baki.<\/p>\n

      4) Kami berhak sepenuhnya untuk menolak sebarang permintaan bayaran balik jika kami menentukan bahawa pelanggan menyalahgunakan polisi pemulangan dan pertukaran kami, produk akan dihantar semula kepada anda.<\/p>\n

      5) Semua kos penghantaran ditanggung oleh pelanggan dan kami tidak bertanggungjawab sehingga barang sampai ke pejabat kami.<\/p>\n

      6) Semua pembayaran balik akan dibuat dalam bentuk kredit kedai ke dalam akaun anda.<\/p>\n

      1. Prosedur pengembalian atau pertukaran (Google Form)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Mohon permintaan pengembalian atau pertukaran dengan mengisi Google Form di MyKreasi.com dalam masa 72 jam setelah pesanan diterima. Anda mesti memasukkan butiran berikut dalam Google Form tersebut:<\/p>\n

        Nama Penuh
        NRIC
        Nombor Telefon
        Nombor Invois
        Tarikh Pembelian Produk
        Sebab pertukaran (supaya kami dapat ambil maklum untuk tambah baik)
        Penerangan mengenai kecacatan atau kerosakan; dan
        Gambar produk yang rosak (WAJIB) *
        Seterusnya anda boleh menghantar barang ke alamat di bawah untuk kami proses pemulangan \/ penukaran anda ;<\/p>\n

        Setelah menerima permintaan anda untuk mengembalikan atau menukar, kami akan menghubungi anda dalam masa tiga ke empat (3-4) bekerja untuk mendapatkan arahan selanjutnya. Bagi pertukaran barang, sila beritahu kami barang yang ingin anda tukar.<\/p>\n

        Jika kami menghantar barang yang salah atau cacat kepada anda, kami akan menanggung semua kos penghantaran balik (selagi anda menggunakan kaedah penghantaran standard) dan kami akan memastikan bahawa kami menghantar barang yang betul kepada anda. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda ingin melakukan sebarang pertukaran barang, semua kos penghantaran ditanggung oleh pelanggan dan kami tidak bertanggungjawab sehingga barang sampai ke pejabat kami.<\/p>\n

          RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Inspection and damage MyKreasi.com will work hard to ensure that all our products are processed and delivered in good condition. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within three days (3) days after receiving your item.
