Konvensyen Inovasi Sosial (KIS) 2025 terus menjadi platform nasional yang meraikan dan memperkukuh inisiatif inovasi sosial di Malaysia. Dianjurkan di bawah Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI) dengan kerjasama Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia (YIM), konvensyen ini menghimpunkan para inovator sosial, organisasi komuniti, pembuat dasar dan orang awam untuk bertukar idea, mempamerkan inovasi serta memupuk kerjasama yang memberi impak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KIS 2025 berlangsung selama tiga hari bermula dari 16 hingga 18 Oktober 2025 (Khamis hingga Sabtu).<\/strong>, from 8.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang.<\/strong>, di GMBB Mall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sorotan Pameran<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Di kawasan pameran, gerai kraftangan So.Lokal (Booth B4, Ground Floor, Dewan Grey Box, GMBB Mall<\/strong>) mempamerkan pelbagai produk kraftangan hasil komuniti serta turut menampilkan DIY Kit Magic Ruler, iaitu produk inovatif yang menyokong teknik jahitan alternatif. Magic Ruler ini diiktiraf sebagai produk inovasi sosial yang memperkasakan individu untuk menghasilkan pakaian tanpa perlu menggunakan kaedah jahitan tradisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pengunjung diperkenalkan kepada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bengkel praktikal,<\/strong> demonstrasi cara membuat pakaian menggunakan gam sebagai ganti jahitan<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pakaian siap yang dihasilkan menggunakan gam<\/strong>, yang menjadi tarikan utama kerana keunikan dan kepraktikalannya<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Jualan produk kraftangan<\/strong> bersama bengkel Magic Ruler, mewujudkan pengalaman yang interaktif dan menarik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Antara produk kraftangan utama yang dipamerkan ialah eco pouches<\/strong> dan batu seremban<\/strong>, yang berfungsi sebagai produk utama. Gerai tersebut menerima maklum balas positif daripada pengunjung dan pembeli<\/strong>, mencerminkan minat dan penghargaan yang tinggi terhadap produk inovatif berasaskan komuniti. Pameran ini juga turut menampilkan penyertaan daripada banyak organisasi<\/strong>, mempamerkan kepelbagaian dan kekuatan ekosistem inovasi sosial Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The Social Innovation Convention (KIS) 2025 continued to serve as a national platform that celebrates and strengthens social innovation initiatives in Malaysia. Organised under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) in collaboration with Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia (YIM), the convention brings together social innovators, community organisations, policymakers, and the public to exchange ideas, showcase innovations, and foster impactful collaborations. Exhibition Highlights At the exhibition area, the So.Lokal handicraft booth (Booth B4, Ground Floor, Dewan Grey Box, GMBB Mall) showcased a variety of community-made craft products while also featuring the DIY Kit Magic Ruler, an innovative product that supports alternative sewing techniques. The Magic Ruler is recognised as a social innovation product that empowers individuals to create clothing without the need for traditional sewing methods. Visitors were introduced to: Among the main handicraft products highlighted were eco pouches and batu seremban, which served as the flagship products. The booth received positive feedback from visitors and buyers, reflecting strong interest and appreciation for innovative, community-based products. The exhibition also featured participation from many organisations, showcasing the diversity and strength of Malaysia\u2019s social innovation ecosystem. Programme Highlights Day One focused on sustainability, policy, and governance: Day Two highlighted innovation, technology, and collaboration: Day Three focused on community engagement and digital platforms: Conclusion Social Innovation Convention (KIS) 2025 successfully strengthened the role of social innovation in addressing community needs, promoting sustainability, and encouraging collaboration across sectors.
